1. Nanjing Core Tech is truly a high-tech company.
2. There are about 40 staff with tertiary degrees: 10% with bio-engineering doctorates, 20% with bio-engineering masters degrees, and 70% with bachelor degrees.
3. The company has integrated facilities, including such equipment as HPLC, GC, UV-vis, automatic titrator, and protein sequencer, all housed within an 800-square-meter R&D center.
